IN CELEBRATION OF OCTOBER BEING DESIGNATED CHIROPRACTIC HEALTHCARE MONTH, our office will be celebrating a PATIENT APPRECIATION WEEK!
During the week of Monday October 23 through Friday October 27th, we are offering each patient referred to our office by a current patient the opportunity to see if chiropractic care can help them.
We are offering each person you refer our new patient services, including a spinal, orthopedic, neurologic and postural examination, all necessary x-rays, and a report of our findings at NO CHARGE.

We believe that you should also be rewarded for your efforts. For each family or friend that you refer during patient appreciation week YOU will receive a certificate entitling you to your next adjustment for ONLY $18.95— this amount represents the year the Chiropractic was founded by D.D. Palmer!
Appointments for our PATIENT APPRECIATION WEEK will be accepted starting on Monday, October 16 and all appointments must be made by Friday, October 27 to you qualify for this opportunity.
